Short-Term Rental Fees & Policies
The home has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. You can relax in the living or family rooms, or outside on the oversized front deck. A formal dining room with large table is available for playing games and dining.
Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, cooking pans, utensils and more. Washer/Dryer and WiFi is available for use during your entire stay.
Pricing & Policies
$225 per night for up to 8 people.
Maximum people is 10. $25/per person per night for over 8 people.
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $175.
One pet allowed with $75 non-refundable pet fee.
First night deposit due at booking.
Total cost of stay with all additional fees to be paid in full at least 14 days before arrival.
The Hardy Ranch also requires a signed Indemnity Agreement before use of home.
We accept Zelle, Venmo or Personal Check.
SMOKING is not permitted in the home.

Unity Lake State Park & More
Just a quick 10 minute drive from the Ranch, enjoy a day of swimming or fishing at Unity Lake (bass, croppie and trout). Or bring your boat to ski, swim or explore this vast and expansive Reservoir. There are also picnic tables for use to enjoy a lunch or BBQ on the grounds.
The Ranch is also surrounded by hunting units--Beulah and North Sumpter. Please inquire for hunting opportunities and renting the home during hunting season--Elk, Bear and Deer.
Observe wildlife native to Eastern Oregon in their natural habitats, offering unique photography and nature experiences as well.

Additional Activities & Restaurant
The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest borders the Ranch to the east. The Yellow Pine Hiking Trail is minutes from the Ranch and located here.

Wildlife viewing opportunities in the three wilderness areas that are within 30 miles of Unity: Monument Rock, Strawberry Mountain, and North Fork John Day.
The nearby mining town of Sumpter and Sumpter Valley Dredge State Heritage Area offer a unique daytrip opportunity. The centerpiece is the 125-foot floating dredge that excavated $4.5 million in gold between 1935 and 1954. The dredge is open seasonally for tours, and a nature trail leads through the dredged area and past a maze of ponds. During the summer, the Sumpter Valley Railroad offers tours of the area.
Visit the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center at Flagstaff Hill just outside of Baker CIty.
